Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED

This course is especially developed for Childcare providers and others who care for children! This course prepares you for emergency situations involving infants, and children and fulfills the Minnesota Department of Human Services licensing requirement for child care provider certification. Let Registered Nurses who are experienced Child Care Health Consultants working in licensed child care centers teach you First Aid and CPR. We can relate it to your child care environment and by covering illness and injury to allergic reactions, you will have the training needed to be able to respond to medical emergencies. This course is great for:

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED

What Qualifications Do the Instructors Have?

At MN Child Care Health Consultants, our CPR and First Aid instructors are Registered Nurses who have completed the BLS instructor course following guidelines set by the American Heart Association.

How Long Is My Card Good For?

All courses follow the most current guidelines set by the American Heart Association. Cards have a suggested renewal date 2 years from the course date. Minnesota Child Care Licensing requires staff to complete Pediatric First Aid and CPR training every two years.

Can I Schedule a Class At My Workplace?

We can bring the course to you as long as you meet the required minimum number of attendees. We can accommodate large classes as we have several manikins and instructors. Contact Sarah directly to schedule.
