Join CDC experts for a YouTube Live handwashing presentation on October 14 at 10:30 AM ET in observance of Global Handwashing Day. Global Handwashing Day is an occasion to support a global and local culture of handwashing with soap, shine a spotlight on the state of handwashing in each country, and raise awareness about the benefits of handwashing with soap.
Broadcast the LIVE presentation in your classrooms! CDC experts will demonstrate and discuss:
1) What germs are
2) How soap works
3) When to wash hands
4) Ways to prevent the flu
There will also be a handwashing contest between the hosts to help students understand the importance of proper handwashing techniques. The presentation is expected to take approximately 15 minutes.
